ABOUT ME

Heidi is a freelance designer and prop maker based in London. Her love for world building and storytelling stemmed from her hands on tactile approach to her artistry, with every element carefully curated and considered to reflect the visual narratives intention and to connect with audiences.

With a background in BA Fashion Communication and Promotion (First Class Honours) at Norwich University of the Arts, Heidi developed her skills in photography, styling, creative direction and prop making through creating thought out and considered editorial shoots backed by research. Heidi then went on to study a Masters at the University of the Arts London specialising in Theatre and Performance Design this opened up a new world for her artistry allowing her to design worlds and work on her craft further. Alongside her studies she has gained hands on experience, creating props for photographers, and theatre companies such as the Young Vic Theatre. Heidi is now specialising in window design recently designing a speculative proposal Beatlemania x Selfridges for the SS28 campaign combining all her practices into connecting with audiences and building community through scenographic narratives.
